12 Month Warranty on General Products

All products come standard with a 12 Month Warranty unless stated otherwise (below or on the individual product page). Clearance items that have been discontinued will NOT include warranty.
All products will also have a manufacturing tolerance allowance.

What is our Returns Policy?

At Bull Proof we want our customers to be left satisfied with their purchasing experience, that’s why we have a guaranteed 30 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return/refund, please make sure that your product meets the following criteria prior to being returned:

  • The product is returned within the 30 day period from purchase.
  • The product is returned in its original condition (as received) with all parts included
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • A copy of the proof of purchase is provided
  • You have notified staff that the product is being returned and the reasons for. A staff member must approve of the return prior to it being sent (we may require photos of the item).

* Please ensure that your contact details are provided so that a staff member can contact you when the item is received.*

Reasons for returning an item:

  • Defective product / manufacturer defects

Riflescopes & Red Dots

Satisfied, or Refunded | Lifetime Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products - this is why we offer a 30 DAY RISK FREE TRIAL. Simply, if you are not satisfied with your Riflescope or Red Dot, we will offer a full refund of your order, and cover postage within a 30 day period after your purchase.

Furthermore, our STED X Series is covered by a full lifetime warranty, ensuring that no matter the problem, you are always covered. Check out more below.

* Defects in materials, glass, aluminium or supplied accessories.

* Workmanship issues, construction faults, battery/electrical issues.

* Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or functionality of the product.

* Normal wear and tear from use, including scratches, and abrasions.

* Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

* Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

* Any incidental or consequential damages.

1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

2. Our team will assess the claim and may request additional information or photos to evaluate the problem. Please provide photo evidence.

3. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective parts or product at our discretion.

4. Product return costs will be covered by Bull Proof (the return label must be generated by us).

5. Repaired or replaced items will be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your Bull Proof Riflescope or Red Dot, you are entitled to a FULL refund within 30 Days of your purchase.

* If the product was posted, we will cover the return postage.*

Please enquire about your return within 30 Day's of purchase and before sending the item back. This allows us time to process the return and create a return label.

Your refund will be put through once the product arrives and is inspected. Please allow return postage time, and an additional 1-2 business day's processing time.

If you are unsure of the return process, please reach out to our friendly team. Returns are also welcome in our Pakenham Store.

If the product has evidently been purposely damaged - you may not be eligible for the full refund.

Rooftop Tents & Awnings

24 Month Warranty

Have piece of mind that your Bull Proof Rooftop Tent & Awning is covered with 24 month warranty. Not only is warranty there to protect your purchase, but we also keep spares and replacements on hand just in case! This means that even if your problem isn't covered under warranty, you will still have access to the necessary parts to replace or repair any broken components.

(Gen 1 & 2 Rooftop/Awnings) : 12 Month Warranty only)

* Defects in materials, such as fabric, zippers, poles, and other components.

* Workmanship issues, including stitching and construction faults.

* Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or functionality of the rooftop tent.

* Normal wear and tear from use, including scratches, and abrasions.

* Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

* Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

* Any incidental or consequential damages.

* Damage caused by weather events.

* Incorrect set ups resulting in damage.

* Superficial imperfections within manufacturing tolerance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FREESTANDING AWNINGS :

Please be advised that freestanding awnings are designed to operate independently in calm weather conditions. To ensure stability and safety in wind or rain, it is imperative that the awning is securely tied down (min. 4 tie down points) and all supplied fold-down legs are utilised. Avoid setting the awning up in extreme weather conditions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines and properly secure the awning in adverse weather conditions will void your warranty if damage occurs. In the event of damage with voided warranty, replacement parts will be available for purchase at the consumer's expense. Warranty claims will require photo proof of correct set up.

* Awnings should not be left unattended.

* ALWAYS use the supplied poles and tie downs when the awning is only mounted to a rooftop tent. Poor weather conditions can create a lot of strain on the rooftop tent extrusions.

If planning to mount your awning to your rooftop tent, it MUST be a dual channel tent, and we always recommend securing not only to the tent, but another sturdy fixing point such as roof racks or bars. This will provide the most support to your awning in poor weather conditions.
