Can I mount an awning to the tent?
YES! With our specifically designed awning brackets, you can comfortably mount your freestanding awning to our SLV & XLZ rooftop tent. This was a must in the design process, and makes your set up more versatile.

Can I store my bedding inside?
Absolutely. Both the SLV & XLZ model can accommodate your core bedding. To increase more space or have more adjustable comfort, check out our fitted rooftop tent self-inflating mattress, it's a game changer!

What tent suits my set up?
Great question. This is entirely dependant on your vehicle specs, roof rack/bar specs and suspension. Weight is the biggest deciding point for most set ups, so if unsure just give us a call or send our team and email with photos of your set up and we can confirm compatibility and options (sales@bullproof.com.au). Alternatively, pop into our Pakenham store for in-person advice.
Start by checking your vehicles DYNAMIC roof load rating (usually in the vehicles owner manual), and then check your roof rack/bars weight rating. Then we can start looking at what option will best suit your particular situation.
Can you install a tent/awning for me?
This is our specialty! With an in-house fabrication crew for fitting parts, and an expert installation team - we can get your set up installed & ready to hit the road.

What's the warranty, can I get replacement parts?
24 months warranty, and all parts replaceable (except the hardshell of course). Part of our promise to you as a customer is that you are backed no matter where you are in the country. Even out of your warranty period, we will always still ensure you are supported and have access to the necessary parts & replacements to get you back on track.
*yep, even something as major as the canvas is replaceable!*
